“Up-Coming Planetary

War of Saturn & Sun”

July 22nd – August

14th

 

           

Saturn and Sun are moving closely towards a Planetary War in the

environment very soon!    (Now, through August

14th.)

           

This is a very important transit, though it happens every

year.  Every year wherever Saturn is, the Sun

at some point will catch up with Saturn.  When

they cross paths, a Planetary War results. 

This is because the nature of Sun and Saturn are so diametrically

opposed to each other.  As a result most of the

time, this ‘happening’ is of a negative or undesirable

consequence.

 

           

Right now, the Sun is at the 4th degree of Cancer while

Saturn’s at the 18th degree, also in Cancer.  Over the next few weeks the Sun will

‘catch-up’ with Saturn.

           

This is because the Sun goes faster then Saturn.  This ‘Planetary War’ last about 14

– 21 days depending upon how in-tune you are with your own

Saturn.  If you’re especially sensitive

or affected by any of Saturn’s transits, or 

dasas then this will be an important transit for you to beware

of.

 

Avoid the Danger on the

Horizon!

 

           

There is an expression in Vedic literature called:  “Avoid the Danger on the Horizon”.  This is one such transit. 

The degree of its negative consequences will depend upon how

in-tune you are with your Saturn!

           

One of the best ways to determine how ‘malefic’ this

Saturn transit will be; will be to determine how malefic Saturn is in your

chart.  Another way to figure this out is to

watch and see how negative other Saturn transits are.

           

For example the Moon collides with Saturn each month.  The Moon collides with Saturn during the 2 ½

days when the Moon also is found going through the same ‘Sign’

that Saturn is in.  Also, Saturn has a strong,

powerful affect whenever the Moon is found to be either 3, 7 or 10 Houses

away from where Saturn is. 

           

This year Saturn’s been transiting through Cancer.  This means every month, whenever the Moon too is

found in Cancer, this will be one of those mini-Planetary Wars with

Saturn.  Also, this year, whenever the

Moon’s found in Virgo, Capricorn or Aries, (the 3rd,

7th & 10TH Houses away), these too will be the

typical malefic days.

           

This month, the Sun, too has just begun moving into and through

Cancer, where Saturn has been aspecting.  This

Sun transit also represents a very important and most often, negative

transit.  Therefore I’m issuing a

Saturn/Sun Warning for the next 14-21 days. 

 

           

 

           

Right now, the Moon’s in the Exalted Sign of Taurus.  Over the next couple of days, the Moon will go

through Gemini and then into Cancer.  That will

represent the 2 ½ days of the Moon’s Monthly Planetary War

with Saturn.  These next few days will be

especially rough because the Moon will be colliding with Saturn around the

same time of the New Moon!

 

           

For some the New Moon alone is enough of a danger to watch.  However, when the New Moon occurs in the same sign

that Saturn is in, the Saturn influence will be that much more

intense?

 

           

If you’ve been feeling, rough, hard time sleeping, or

restless, worried, upset, or frustrations, delays, and suffering, then

these are likely either caused or greatly complicated by this Moon/Sun,

Saturn Planetary War.

 

           

Fortunately the Sun’s still at the 8th degree of

Cancer on the 24th, so it’s still fairly far away from

Saturn’s 18th degree.  After

the intensity of the next few days, the Moon will then, go past the

Saturn, and then into Leo, Virgo, and Libra. 

Each day that the Moon’s found farther and farther away from

both the Sun and Saturn will produce an immediate relief!

 

           

The next ‘calamity’ however, will be the Sun, itself,

colliding with Saturn over the next 10-14 days. 

Because the Sun goes much more slowly then the Moon, this Sun &

Saturn collision will not be quite as intense but it may feel quite

‘chronic’.  I use the chronic to

convey the feeling of continual.  Because the

Sun and Saturn both move more slowly, their collision will develop

gradually, build towards the Height of their Planetary War, and then

gradually diminish as the Sun moves also, to the ‘other side’

of Saturn.

 

           

See the following cable for the most important days over the next

few weeks.

Over the next couple of

days the Moon will finish with Gemini and then move into Cancer.   Next the Moon

& Sun will collide on the New Moon.

Please also note that

Saturn and the Sun have been in ‘Combustion’ since July

20th.  Jyotish defines combustion

with the Sun, differently with different planets and for Saturn combustion

started when the Sun & Saturn were 12 degrees apart!

Over the Next 2 DAYS! Of the New

MOON, there’s a good chance this quality of intensity of

Saturn’s influence will increase due to the New Moon.

After that, the Moon will

collide with Saturn on July 25th.

This will probably be a

very intense ‘day’ because the Moon is still very small and

delicate while it’s colliding with Saturn at the same time as the

Sun!

 

This is definitely a day

to take off!

 

Call in sick!

Take a vacation

day!

Be in the pool!

On leave!

Whatever it takes to

avoid the ‘fire’ of this combustion!

 

After that, the Moon

will quickly move past Saturn into Leo.

Because the Moon moves

12 degrees a day, even the 26th will feel better.

Unfortunately the Sun

will continue getting closer and closer to Saturn.

After the intensity of July 25th, the Moon quickly

moves away from Saturn as it Waxes away from the Sun. 

This will reflect some immediate relief. 

 

However, watch how you feel over the next 7-14 days as the Sun and Saturn

collide!

After the intensity of July 25th, the Moon moving

farther and farther away will feel delightful! 

However notice the Sun & Saturn are now only 8 degrees

apart!  This will be very significant for some

of you who are especially sensitive to Saturn & Sun

collisions!

Now the Sun and Saturn will be only 0 degrees apart!  Whoa will this be an intense day!  It’ll be interesting though because the

Sun’s not as emotional as the Moon, but you may feel an intense

quality of lack of Self-confidence!

 

 

August 8th       Full

Now the Sun and Saturn will still be only 1 degree apart.  However the Moon will be almost full on this

day!  So, that will bring some relief, though

this deep quality of malaise may also be there, due to Sun &

Saturn’s closeness!

 

 

August 10th

Now the Sun and Saturn will 3 degrees apart! 

You may begin to feel some relief!

 

Aug 12th

Now the Sun and Saturn will be 5 degrees apart!   And though the Sun and Saturn will still be

fairly intense, still you may feel that same quality of

‘relief’ that often happens when the Moon’s immediately

on the other side of malefics like the Sun or

Saturn!

 

Aug 14th          

 

 

Moon:             

9th degree of  Aries

degree of Cancer. “C”

 

Now the Sun and Saturn will be 7 degrees apart!   You may begin to feel some tremendous comfort

if you’ve been feeling the malefic ness of this Planetary

war!

 

By now, the Moon’s plenty far away and the Sun’s

finally enough degrees away that if you’ve been feeling discomfort,

that’ll continue subsiding!

 

Over the next 5 days as the Sun continues climbing into Leo!,

ahhhhh, great relief, Saturn will stop being combust too as the Sun moves

into one of its happiest places of the entire

year!

 

Now this will be a fun month to talk

about!

 

 

Now, this is the worst scenario of the Sun & Saturn’s

Planetary War!

 

 

The Positive Side of Saturn

&

this

Period!

 

 

           

Now, this is the bad news.  The

‘good’ opportunity here is that ‘malefic’ moments

are only as malefic as we are out of tune with those planets.  For those who are more in-tune, even this up-coming

Planetary Conjunction could be very

different.

 

           

For example, if your Saturn’s Exalted or in Capricorn or

Aquarius, then this time could be very different. 

Also, if you’ve learned how to balance or develop your

Saturn, again, this time could be very

different.

 

           

So, what might this time be like if you’re more in-tune?  If you’re more integrated and balanced with

Saturn, then the positive or more developed qualities of Saturn may

dominate.

 

           

For example, those who have better Saturn’s in their charts;

already they experience the positive side of Saturn. 

For them, Saturn Dasas and Transits can be joyous times though they

may be more inward and even spiritual.

 

           

The Opportunity for

this up-coming time will be to ‘Surrender’ to the flow and

realities of Saturn during this time and as a result gain deep inner

experience and development.

 

           

You can even achieve in the outer during Saturn times, but the way,

has to be by being integrated, well-rested, and not strained.  If you try and strain for accomplishments

especially during Saturn times, then the negative sides of Saturn often

pop up.

 

           

Therefore, my Saturn prescription for these times is to think of

this time as a deeply inward and inner development

time.

 

           

You can of course try and strain, but as soon as you notice that

you’re feeling held back or frustrated, remember this is the

signature of the malefic side of Saturn, and at this time, the

Astrological perspective is to give up strain and Be on the

Self.

 

           

Meditate more during these times.  Get

more rest.  This time would be a good time for

healings and rejuvenations.  If you have to

work, try and ‘feel’ if you’re getting supported and try

not to strain.

 

           

If you find yourself in difficult or challenging experiences,

accept that this is Saturn trying to communicate with

you.

 

           

Allowing yourself to give up an untenable position and perspective

is one of Saturn’s greatest objectives.
