Barb, Hope you've read Kevin's message. Its got some great pointers and

certainly worthy food for thought/ponder.

Omm, Kev thanks for participating and answering some of Barb's doubts.

You got some wonderful gems there!!

Btw, the term "ji" is something of an honorific that, according to

Hindu tradtion, is given or accorded by someone else to another person.

Though its not taboo to add "ji" at the end of your name, sincerely, its

better coming from someone else who addresses you. Any Indian will tell

you that. Otherwise, advanced practitioners see it as "Ego" and laymen

see it as "vanity". As with all spiritual practices, including Yoga, it

is all to dissolve the "Ego", the "I, me, mine, my", in order to reach

what they call the "summit". Paths are many but there is only one Mt.

Kailash.

Kev, pls don't take offence -- merely pointing it out for your own

benefit and advancement. Hope you understand that I mean well.

Nevertheless, hope you will continue to participate in discussions

whenever you can. Certainly would be nice to see more of you as well as

the other buddys here.

> You touched me with your last letter and so I shall respond. There are

several green stones and I can not tell you definitely unless I see it.

However I believe it to be either of two main stones. Either chrysoprase

or peridot. There are other stones in the green category ie...

amazonite, green tourmaline, aquamarine, emerald, green florite, jade,

malachite & green marble but, I do not feel it is them. The way to best

tell is by holding it to the light and see how much light comes through

the stone.

> Chrysoprase & peridot are both of elemental Earth and are ruled by

Venus the Deity connected to chrysoprase is Vesta a Roman goddess.

> Chrysoprase is an apple green used to banish greed, envy or

selfishness. It is a cheering stone and used to prevent nightmares.

> Peridot is used also for nightmares, liver ailments and to prevent

someone trying to use the evil eye on you.

> When we are told to offer something over to the deities it is because

it is a test of our true spiritual nature. It doesn't have to be probed

or dissected it is just what it is (a test). Deities test us all from

time to time and this is your test. There is never a failure just test

and retest. If one makes the so called passing grade they are elevated

to the next higher level. And there we receive even more test until the

Kingdom of heaven is upon us forever. The test get harder the closer we

get to the end of the path for not everyone is permitted in the Kingdom

of Heaven. This is what is meant in the bible by a rich man having

trouble getting in. Someone in reality can have hordes of gold yet

cannot get in because it serves no purpose in the Kingdom.

> As far as what is understood by the Deities and your personal life. It

is your own mind that creates these ripples of self doubt and

destruction. It really doesn't matter if they told you to give over to

them all the wealth in the world or a pencil, it is in the doing without

question that the importance lies. For example when Abraham was

instructed to kill his only begotten son. He attempted to do so without

question this is true acceptance. And this is all the test is to

represent. If you pass it it is never repeated. I do hope this helps

you.

know that we can really own nothing. They let us hold some of their

things for a short while; that is all; so whenever I get anything, I

know that it is not really mine, and I mentally acknowledge that to

Them. This happened also with the green rock pieces; therefore, I don't

know why I had this feeling on Saturday that I had to dedicate those

pieces to Them, since They know that They already own Them.

most likely a low quality of nephrite or serpentine. I truly don't know

what I'm doing and I wish Mother and Father would look after my personal

life, as it seems to be falling apart, and I've told Them this many

times, but They don't seem to understand. In fact, I don't even seem to

have a personal life, and They know that also, but They don't seem to

care. And They know that They own the green stones and the other stones

also, so what was this thing on Saturday of "offer the green stones to

all the deities, now."
