Guest guest
Hi Everyone I would like to ask whether there is a really a need to give the complete procedure of analysis of a horoscope when a person asks the astrologer about a query. Don't you think the questioner is in reality only concerened about the sound advice of the astrologer and is actually in need to know the things to come . Guest guest
Dear Abhishekji, Since you have asked the question yourself openly, I would like to give my answer to you, sir. Gone are the days when a patient consults a doctor and just dumps down the medicine he gives. It is the right of a patient to ask about why that particular medicine is being given, and the effects or side effects of taking it etc. etc. And most of the patients go to this extent. When astrology is treated as a Science it is the right of the inquirer to know the analysis of a prediction. Or in other words the 'cause and effect' should be explained to the questioner. I don't think anyone would like to take a prediction on the face value of it.That way anybody can give off hand predictions. On the other hand by explaining the cuase of an outcome or the analysis of a particular prediction, the inquirer would gain some kind of knowledge in this field. He would understand his problem more. He will go for remedial measures with a proper understanding of his problem. Then the outcome would be better. People are highly intelligent today, and would not accept anything blindly. There is a cause for every action and I don't think astrology is an exception to this rule. So it is the duty of the astrologer to explain his prediction to the questioner, based on his [questioner's] intelligence. Guest guest
JAYA JAGANNATHA! Dear Jyotisha, Namaste. I usually give some astrological background when doing the analysis, even for the laymen. They might not understand the technicalities fully, but they will appreciate that we are trying to explain things. And if the client is into astrology, he will specifically require the explanation. So I think it is good to give some basic principles while interpreting. A really expert astrologer can explain things even to the laymen.
