I have read his book "voice of the proleteriat" wherein he clearly states that 400years of invasion of India by Muslim rulers had led to destruction of temples and subsequently east india company have left india empty bottles of whisky and brandy. He was opposing blind faith on rituals like sacrificing of animals in temples and he was more concerned about the millions of indians who goto bed even without a square meal. He was in an era where feudalism was at its peak. Sanskrit is a divine language, probably all asian and roman languages must have been derived from sanskrit. But today it is not a language put to use in our day today activities. even all of us use this media by communicating only in english.
