Our first trip to Baba was in 1987 and as we prepared to go the idea felt a bit intimidating due to our lack of experience. In hindsight it was so apparent, and has been for our trips since, that Baba totally planned the trip, cared for us completely, and "floated" us in the palm of His Hand. Yes, there were moments of human upset but all in all the absolute faith in Baba's tender care brings one through anything. Being with Him physically is the most magnificent thing ... I remember as if it were happening now, the first moments of first ever seeing Him, seeing His physical presence walk across from His house to then very humble Whitefield "Mandir". Actually it looked like He floated as if on air. My heart leapt, filled to overflowing, and my eyes poured the humble tears of eternal gratitude and Love ... here is My Lord in all His magnificence. His physical form has since aged as bodies do, but His Love is eternal, His Glory inexplicable. May your trip be wonderful and full of many blessings.
