Another Amma story

Thanks for sharing your stories Supriti. Such a wounderful experience! I am sure Amma is taking care of us each and every moment of our life. I am happy that you are getting rid off all the pains you had accumulated in the past.

Lot of times I feel that meeting a satguru like Amma in our life, itself is a great blessing (we must have done quiet a lot of good deeds in our past lives). We don't have to worry about anything in our life. I will share an Amma story here.

Me and Susan were talking in the hall during Deva bhava at Chicaco. Next to me was Smokie (from Gaylord, MI) talking to somebody, who is good at massaage work. (I did'nt pay attention to what was happening arround) I was convincing Susan that she should come to Iowa. The lady who was talking to Smokie was asking everybody whether she could get a ride to Iowa. For which, Smokie was answering that you just pray Amma she will arrange

for it. Just then, I had finished my conversation and turned to Smokie and asked whether she is going to Iowa. She said no and she immediately asked me if I am going. I said 'yes'. Then Smokie asked if I can give a ride to the lady who wanted to go to Iowa. I agreed and that lady was literally in tears. This is how amma takes care of all our needs.

The lady came with us to Iowa and she happened to work with the massage people from amma's tour and now she is travelling with them to Washington D.C and Boston. She kept thanking me during her whole visit in Iowa. I said "It is amma's wish that you get to travel with her and it is not anything to do with me."

Also, to see the guru's pada puja during guru poornima is

a wonderful blessing one can have in her/his life. I felt we are all blessed.
