Guest guest
OM NAMAH SIVAYA after reading your post about global warming i wanted to mention a sadhana that i have been involved in aimed at healing Mother Earth. it is thru The Devi Mandir and being used by Shree Maa's devotees. it involves doing japa of different mantras whose vibrations are separately and collectively conducive to healing Ma Earth. though Amma is my Guru i can't imagine She would have any problem with devotees of The Divine Mother joining together for the benefit of Her Creation. the japa sadhana involves different mantras for the different planets, each planet having a designated day of the week. obviously One would participate according to One's capacity. an example of the planets and days Surya - Sun - Sunday Chandra - Moon - Monday Mangal - Mars - Tuesday Buddha - Mercury - Wednesday Brihaspati - Jupiter - Thursday Sukra - Venus - Friday Sani - Saturn - Saturday Rahu -Moon's North Node / Ketu -Moons South Node - any day i have found this sadhana to be most satisfying personally, probably because the vibrations and intentions that we put out to the Universe are reflected back to us. benefitting all if anyone is interested there is a file entitled Mother Earth Sankalpa in the files section. should you have any technical questions about this sadhana i am sure they could be happily addressed by someone at which is part of www.shreemaa.org as i personally would be of minimal assistance as i am not an expert on such matters. but i can at least put forth my intention and effort and i hope maybe some you will as well. -eric JAI MA Ammachi, Sweta Mitzel <swetabc wrote: > > Om Namah Shivaya, > > My sister just told me about a Nova program about the dimming sun. We've been cleaning up particualte pollution, while still emitting inordinate amounts of gases. A little known fact is that the particles have been keeping our atmosphere's temps lower. But, when these particles are successfully removed, combined with the increase in gases, Earth's temps will rise extremely fast. > > It's disturbing that so many animals & poor people, who've made little or no contribution to this problem, are already suffering from it.
