She has repeatedly asked her roommate if she got something in the mail. She has been trying to call the embassy also but nobody was picking up the phone. On Monday (July 10) I faxed a letter to the embassy and they called back. They told her that her passport had been delivered on March 17 and had been signed for by her roommate. On repeated questioning my sister's roommate says that she did sign for a parcel and left it in the living room.
