Launch Date - Monday, 10th July 2006, Shriharikota, AP, India,

Latitude: 13o45'N Longitude: 80o15'E

Originally Set Launch Time: 16:38

Actual Launch Time: 17:38

GSLV-F02 was carrying a 2,168-kg INSAT-4C, the latest satellite of the

Indian Remote Sensing Satellite series, aimed at augmenting the

Direct-To-Home television services, facilitate video picture

transmission, digital satellite news gathering and provide VSAT

connectivity to National Informatics Centre.

INSAT-4C is the second satellite in the INSAT-4 series. The lift-off

took place at 1738 hrs IST , exactly one hour behind schedule.

The launch was originally scheduled at 1638 hrs IST. It was deferred

till 1715 hrs IST, before it was fixed at 1738 hrs IST. It was not

immediately known whether adverse weather conditions posed a threat as

the sky remained overcast.

Dear Friends,

The Indian sattelite launch of Insat-4C launch time is given below, The

heavily afflicted 8th house. Indicates many doshas troubling the launch.

Mercury, Indicate Miscommunication, Saturn: Sloppy execution or timing

related issues. Mars in 8th also indicates some dosha in Fire related

elements. So Feul system could have been a failure. Mars in an engineering

effort should never be in 8th since the kaarka for Engineering in 8th

having a fault.

Even A strong Full moon in Lagna fails to protect. In front of so many

doshas.

The original proposed time had Scorpio lagna, with Sun in 8th, would have

been preferably better (Still should be avoided), Sun in 8th would have

given leader ship crisis or again energy related issues.

Warm Regards

Sanjay P

Dear Mr. Sanjay,

I have the following to say.

There is chara karaka replacement during the launch of the space shuttle.

Moon and Jupiter are in the same degree.

Jupiter the Gnati karaka takes over from Moon the Putra karaka.

Since the space shuttle comes under the Stira karaka scheme, Rahu takes

over.Rahu should have connection with Sun or AK.

Rahu aspects Mars-AK.Rahu has rasi drishti with Sun also.

Venus the karaka for long travel should have connection with Rahu.

In this case there is no connection, but Venus is in Marana Karaka sthana.

The AL is in simha and the 3rd. from AL, Jupiter is placed which is marana

karaka stana from AL.Ketu is in the 2nd. house from AL.

Rahu has rasi drishti with Moon and hence recovery is not possible.

Rahu aspects Scorpio, Virgo, cancer and aries. These are vulnerable times.

The Mrityu-pada-A8 is with Venus.Take the 7th. from A8, whichever is

stronger.

A8 is stronger. The trines from A8 are virgo and capricorn. These are also

vulnerable periods.

But the shuttle failed during the first few minutes.

Dear Anand,

Muhurtha is different from Janma Jataka. Janma Jataka indicates the karma

done at past and hence you can say when it will fructify (predict).

Whereas in Muhurtha its for fresh karma, so selection of muhurtha is

important. Most people plan to do it a certain time but the actual start

muhurtha changes to something else. So we cannot predict using muhurtha

chart beforehand. Muhurtha is taking the blessings of the graha's so that

our future karma is benefits to self and the world in general. Depending on

your actual karma you may/maynot be able to start a task in a planned time.

With this you can deduc many things.

Warm Regards

Sanjay P

Yes, What you say is an excellent point. Let me Add, The defect in chara

kaaraka indicates that there is problem in sustenance related issue in the

chart. When the sustenance fails the destruction comes in, Hence the Chara

kaaraka which replaces for example GK , Here is takes the role of death

hence Sthira kaaraka for the significator for Gnaati takes over, The Gnaati

is indicated by Mercury Natural Kaaraka and I think Mars will the Sthira

Kaaraka for Gnaati. Sthira kaaraka's role for Gnaathi is to keep in control

the Naisargika Kaarak or to make sure Creation is of good quality. A thing

gets destroyed by Rudra (Sthira Kaaraka) because of it's defects.

Hence Mars takes Rudra form for Gnaati. This indicates that "Gnaati" or

relatives in chart were not doing the functions right. I would think that

Relatives indicates co-workers or supporting organization for this Mundane

chart.

Also note that Mars is nearly in deep debility point, So the Uccha bala for

Mars is nearly Nil.

But to verify this conclusively, One has to _time_ the above yogas. So the

Purna Ayush of the space craft should be known. Else we cannot verify with

dasa and show clearly the failure in dasa/periods/maturity of the related

grahas. What would you think is the purna ayush of the chart?.

Warm Regards

It gives Sagg lagna where 8th lord occupies lagna and 8th house contains two malefics. See how uncomfortable the Moon feels in lagna. Indications are enough. Then, can we use astrology here fruitfully ? Use of eclipses and some other factors too must be important here.

[vedic astrology] GSLV-F02 carrying INSAT-4C failed

Dear Mr. Sanjay,

During Chara Karaka replacement for seven chara karaka scheme Rahu only

replaces even if there is more than one replacement.

Disaster is caused by Rahu and timing is generally with Moon.
