Dear Pandit Dakshinamurthiji,

If the 3rd Lord Saturn occupies the 6th house Aries(hence

debilitated) for Vrishchika Lagna, is there any Yoga in that.

I would appreciate if you would please clarify that.

Thanking you

Sincerely

Dear Guru Dakshinamurthiji,

My understanding is that VRY cannot be considered for upachaya houses since all the 3 bhavas (3,6,11) are steps in the ladder of progress and so a mere placement of lord of 3 in 6 cannot be considered as VRY.

Whereas Trik houses (6,8,12) are independent of its miseries effect and lord of one of the trika house in another trika house will spoil its significations resulting in gains from that bhava.

Please guide if erred in my view.

Regards

Ravi Nair

The third house is for sisters/brothers/short journeys...for vrishchika lagna saturn is responsible for education...so there is a chance of down fall of eduction or the siblings will be defeated by the enemies...due to its debiltation...

Dear Lalitha V,

Whenever Saturn or Sun in DEBILITATION in 3rd ,6th, and 12th houses give

excellent results as they provide auspicious Argala to their respective angular

houses.

Dear Lalithaji:

Without seeing the full-horoscope, it is not possible to say if there

are any yogas arising in this case. But, per se, 3rd lord Saturn

debilitated in 6th does not contribute any good yoga. There are other

delineations which cannot be called "yogaas" like the younger sibling

of this native can become a surgeon or an uniformed services

personnel. The native may experience some malefic effects from

maternal relatives. The constitution of the native may be weak, etc.

But, if Saturn's debilitation is cancelled, then some good results can

be expected due to "neecha Bhanga Raaja Yoga". To analyze this, we

need to find the placement of Mars and Sun in this horoscope with

respect to both lagna and the moon as I have explained earlier.

Blessed be.

Pandit R.DAKSHINAMOORTHI.

Dear Lalithaji:

You are right! The debilitation is cancelled due to Mars' position in

Cancer in conjunction with Moon (i.e. kendra from Moon). Curiously,

the planet that is cancelling the debilitation of Saturn itself is in

debilitation and its debilitation also gets cancelled due to the same

conjunction!

Blessed be.

Pandit. R.DAKSHINAMOORTHI.
