Dear Ms. Vinita Kumar:

 

Vipareetha Raja yoga arises only if the lords of the evil houses 6,

8, and 12 occupy another evil house which is not their own sign.

Thus 6th lord in 8th or 12th, 12th lord in 8th or 6th, and 8th lord

in 6th or 12th houses will only give rise to vipareetha raja yoga.

This is the traditional definition of vipareetha raja yoga.

 

In the circumstances you have mentioned, for Rishabha lagna, Saturn

is the lord of the 9th and 10th houses which are actually

auspicious. So, VPRY does not exist in the horoscope to the best of

my knowledge.
