Guest guest
Request from a UK member. I am currently getting many requests for treatment for Hayfever, the allergic reaction to pollen. I know that the treatment should start months before the pollen arrives, however, now that it is here many people are suffering from the effects. Sneezing, swollen and irritable eyes, watering eyes ect. Adults and children alike, What help can i suggest to these people. What kitchen herbs and spices can be used? It is not easy for people to buy Ayurvedic preparations here so whatever kitchen spices can be recommended would be helpful. Many thanks and God bless. Guest guest
Anna Mix black pepper, ginger and honey into a paste and put it on toast with a little ghee. Also eat 3 garlic cloves with every meal.
