respected sir

as u told ahimsa is not first all stated by jains or

budhha

it is a vedic philosphy. in rigveda

the oldest book

also in patanjali yog sutra .

ashtang yoga:

yam, niyam ,and yam means 5 principals that is

satya , ahimnsa

and we should avoid non veg not only for on endpoint that

is tamsic but it is also scietifically ,not advisable
