hey Yashendra, please disregard my last sentence

i misread yours, although i still don't agree that "complete well

being" is dependent upon a vegetarian diet

 

there is ample evidence that the number and variety of diseases

experienced by humanity is directly proportional to the degree to

which we have strayed from our hunter-gatherer lifestyle

 

common chronic diseases such as diabetes, which were fully recognized

and described in the most ancient of Ayurvedic texts, are non-

existent in traditional hunter-gatherer communities that haven't

incorporated modern food-stuffs into their diet

 

as for the longest lived people in the world, what is the key to

their diet?
