buddha was a warrior? what army did he lead? what enemy did he slay?

and i don't mean figuratively

lord buddha was a true brahmin, despite his kshatriya origins

and despite your argument, lord buddha ate non-veg food because he

was dependent upon the alms that were given to him

while he practiced ahimsa he himself ate non-veg food and apparently

it did not make him more tamasic

all humans are genetically conditioned to eating meat because we

evolved as hunter gatherers

agriculturalism is an relatively recent human evolution, only about

10,000 years old

your idea of what makes a "complete human being" is prejudiced and i

can see how some people might find it offensive

HH the Dalai Lama eats meat, despite his desire to be a vegetarian,

because without it he becomes sick

perhaps you believe he is a tamasic fellow, but i know some that

might object to this statement - as per my statement above, there is

no evidence that eating meat makes you tamasic

the most natural people in the world, those who live closest to

nature, not in cities or big villages but follow a way of life that

existed for all humanity for the vast majority of our development

invariably eat some meat, as well as a myriad of other foods that

civilized people don't have the palate for, including many different

kinds of plants, fungi and even some insects

some of these natural, traditional peoples believe that to break

ground and plant a seed is a great violation of nature - i guess it

all depends on your perspective, as Jagannath correctly stated
