Guest guest
Namah Sivaya all, Misha and I had to bail from the tour after NM due to problems with her back pain. So we are back home and send all of you our best. Tonight as i wandered around the house, an old song kept leaping out of my memory and i finally had to grab the guitar and see if i remembered it. It came out 40 years ago (wow) and it was all there except for a few missed chords that i had to fumble around for. Funny how the same message keeps beating at me all these years... Amma willing, I may yet get it. 5D by Roger McGuinn (The Byrds) Oh how is it that I could come out to here and be still floating And never hit bottom and keep falling through Just relaxed and paying attention All my two dimensional boundaries were gone I had lost to them badly I saw the world crumble and thought I was dead But I found my senses still working And as I continued to drop thru the hole I found all surrounding Who showed me the joy that innocence is Just be quiet and feel it around you And I opened my heart to the whole universe and I found it was loving And I saw the great blunder my teachers had made Scientific delirium madness I will keep falling as long as I live or without ending And I will remember the place that is now That has ended before the beginning Oh how is it that I could come out to here and be still floating And never hit bottom and keep falling through Just relaxed and paying attention >From the "Fifth Dimension" LP Columbia Records 1966 In Amma's Arms, Mike
