Dear Sriman,

 

Namaste!!! I mean Mars is acting as a benefic in his chart. Please see

RSIVAKUMAR, , Male, 01/26/1964, 01:15:00, DST/WT 0, Tirunelveli, India (unless I got wrong birth place: Kumar wrote "Tirunaveli" and the closest spelling I could find was "Tirunelveli". Are these different places? Thanks for the input.

As far as I know 2nd and 7th house owners are Markesh.Mars here being lord of both should be a markesh.

You are an excellent jeweler, but please reconsider this recent gem

recommendation. Just because a planet is exalted does not

automatically make it best planet regardless of house lordship. People

forget that exalted planets can also have more power to do harm if

they are not functional benefic lords. Mars for Libra lagna falls into

this category. If strengthened more than it already is, Mars

as lord of maraka house 2 and 7 has the power to harm the 4th house

of family and domestic life; the 10th and 11th houses of professional

status and income; the 2nd house of accumulated wealth; and the 7th

house of marriage. Mars is kujadosha from the ascendant, aspecting the

marriage house, and capable of harming the marriage through aggression

and conflicts. These effects do not need to be encouraged with

additional power to Mars.

 

Reconsider best planet as SATURN. Saturn is at home in Capricorn and

yoga karaka planet for Libra rising. Saturn supports the stability of
