I have an urgent medical decision to make based on unclear information, with potentially very serious consequences and I'm afraid of making a mistake. I really need Amma's advice. If I can get him to ask Amma tonight, it would be much better, so I hope to hear back. However, if not, Tony, do you mind if I email you late tonight with the question to ask?
