saturn in debility in 4th house

Moon and Ketu in 8th house

Jupiter in retrogade in 10th house

 

Does Jupiter being retrograde becomes powerful benefic for 10th

house?

If so, why does this native doesn't have a fixed career path?

He is currently running Rahu MD /Venus AD. Does it help to change

career path now or return to University?

Your 10th lord Venus is afflicted by two malefics. It is dasa of Rahu that causes troubles. Jup dasa will start from 2010. It will give you better finances. Try for something away from home as Jup is 12th lord in the 10th.
