Not exactly. you mean to say that- for makara lagna, saturn is bad in 2nd house (own sign?).

 

2nd house and 12th house are bandhan for a native (different bondages)..

You mean to say that for vrishba, tula, kanya, mithuna, makara and kumbha - LL in 2nd will be read as bad placement; for rest of lagnas - it is good. and extending the logic - is Dhanu lagna lord in 2nd house of deilitation, will be considered favourable placement?

 

In your previous mail - you said that the rule for D9 chart..so is i for D9 or D1?
