Guest guest
Dear VistiJi and other learned members, Is it good to recite the mantra with the number of words equal to the house in which AL of the native is?. I mean most common mantras like "Hare Rama Krishna", OM Namo Narayana" have 3 words, so they take the energy from the 3rd house - a kama trikona house and give to either 6(shadaskhri ) or 8th (ashtakshri - in this case however energy is being given to the house where the lagn lord is placed as AL is in 3rd house). Does this will lower the image of the native and all other aspects associated with AL, as the mantra is drawing energy from the third house? OR prasiddha mantras are exempt from such calculations on the effect of mantra?. please guide. I have one another question although unrelated to previous one - Is there any special significance of the AtmaKarka being combust?. Does one need to do some remedy for it? Kind regards Hari jupiterwisdom
Guest guest
||Hare Rama Krsna|| Dear Hari, Namaskar If AL is in the third house, the persons image could be highly influenced by the activities in the third house. Either way its good for us to take more energy out of the third and give us some brains, or remove sin. Combust Atmakaraka means the atma is undergoing its atma-suddhi more intensely. Its good for spirituality. Guest guest
Dear Vistiji, Namaste Thanks for the guidance. While reading VRA, I came across a mantra given for removal of bondage i.e 20 syllable vajrakaccheti vimsakshari mantra. Can anyone recite this mantra(or rules for suitability of the mantra need to be checked) and what is the meaning of "water purified with this mantra is to be drunk as nectar" as written in the book. Also, is it good to strengthen the AK through the gem if Ak rules benefic houses or involved in good yogas and its mahadasha is running, as I read that deep combustion renders the planet powerless. mahadasha planet acts like sun and if combust they may not be able to give the results of good yogas present in the chart. Guest guest
Dear Visti.....but doesn't combustion reduce the effectiveness of Atmakaraka? I thought combustion of a planet makes it a bit ineffective. Can you please elaborate on this? regards Aru , "Visti Larsen" <visti wrote: > > ||Hare Rama Krsna|| > > Dear Hari, Namaskar > > If AL is in the third house, the persons image could be highly influenced by > the activities in the third house. Guest guest
Dear Visti.....I thought Combustion would make the planet weak and hence render it ineffective. Getting too close to the sun's rays will burn the planet thereby making it weak. Sorry for asking this novice question but I am really confused when it comes to interpret retrogression and combustion. From what I understand, retrogression increases the planet's chestabala(i.e., the planet spins backwards) and the planet has to work harder to give the results. In this case the results of the planets are always delayed. In combustion, the planet in question gets too close to the sun and hence becomes weak. Please give your views on this. regards Aru , "Visti Larsen" <visti wrote: > > ||Hare Rama Krsna|| > > Dear Aru, Namaskar > > What is 'effectiveness of atmakaraka'? > > Best wishes, > > *** > > Visti Larsen > > For services and articles visit: > > <http://srigaruda.com> http://srigaruda.com > > *** > > _____ > > [] On > Behalf Of Aravinda > 03 July 2006 06:13 > > Re: [Om Krishna Guru] clarification on mantra topic > > > > Dear Visti.....but doesn't combustion reduce the effectiveness of > Atmakaraka? Guest guest
Yes.. that was also my concern that combustion of AK will make it weak powerless, so would not the signification's of the houses ruled by the AK planet suffer? let's say that AK rules 1st house then would not it make sense to strengthen it. vistiji's question of effectiveness of AK is worth pondering. AK has an agenda of making the native more spiritual. Also combustion of AK with sun is said to increase spirituality..so in that sense combustion of AK is good for spirituality. However I also feel combustion of AK makes the person helpless or sense of direction may be missing and just accept what god has destined him for. just my thoughts, I may be wrong and would like to be corrected, if so. Vistiji, I am waiting for your comments to my message no.19425, regarding mantra. please reply.
