The source is from his self-autobiography "Off The Record : My Biography" : Time : 10:20 am Date : 14 December 1979 Place of Birth : Countess of Chester Hospital, England. After playing only 74 seconds of his 80th cap for England in the 2006 World Cup against Sweden, Owen suffered a knee injury and was forced to leave the match.
