You haven't given husband's birth place. Let me comment on your chart. Lord of 7th in the 5th indicate some love affair. Husband / partner should be from place far away / abroad. Even your own education away from home not ruled out. This is to verify the horoscope.

 

You are under Rahu dasa which is disturbing domestic happiness in the 4th. In chara dasa, it is Aries dasa which contains GK and AK which indicates troubles including health problems too. Your own mental state seems to be under heavy pressure. Take care against nervous problems.

My Husband's birth place is also Bombay. My husband is far away from me.. He is in India. I am in U.S.A. I wants to do educational course in U.S. A. but it seems little difficult. Some how all my problem are not working out.
