though i had read it before it did not fail to inspire me again. i enjoyed reading it all over again.

what a great man he really is. such profound knowledge and matching humility. he has helped many middle class families with his valuable predictions.

I really liked the following quote from this interview:

 

KNRao: "Their method of teaching astrology was the classical ancient Hindu method. As

they analyzed a horoscope, I was never allowed to keep the horoscope in front of me. I

had to see it once and have a clear visual memory of it. Further when the analysis

proceeded, I was trained to dynamically visualize the various planets, their aspects,

positions etc. In fact as the training progressed, the verbal analysis would unfold itself as a

visual dance-drama inside of me. "

Have any of you personally met Jyotishis who could actually COGNIZE the chart without

knowing the birth data, just by having the person sit in his/her presence?

I am extremely interested in this and wonder how accurate you have found these people to

be?

 

Also, did the Jyotishi have the Siddhi BEFORE he/she began the study of Jyotish or did the

Siddhi develop after the study of Jyotish began?

 

ALSO...why is the WESTERN astrological chart created as a wheel, but not the Eastern chart.

If originally it was Chakra not Kundali--shouldn't it be a wheel?

 

I appreciate your patience with some elementary questions, here.

 

A friend told me to get the book, "Astrology of the Seers" by David Frawley.. Probably some

of my questions of this nature will be answered by this book.
