dear friends

 

yoga in general and pranayam in particular have been practiced by

sages for thousands of years. however, shri ramdevji of patanjali

yogapeeth, haridwar has spread its immense benefits in the last

decade and half and the entire world is grateful to this great yogi

for making pranayam more recognised by modern world. ramdevji was the

first yogi to have recommended pranayam for all human beings

irrespective of caste, creed, religion, gender and age and has shown

how it gets relief from all diseases.

 

in shivapuran, uma samhita, chapter 27, lord shiva recommends four

types of yoga sadhanas (in which pranayam is the first) with which a

person can keep even death at bay. since lord shiva himself has

recommnded this pranayam, it is advised to be done by all humans to

get rid of physical and mental problems and lead a happy and long

life. i recommended to many people suffering from mental

depression, negativity and feeling at loss benefited immensely by

pranayam. since this pranayam is ZERO EXPENSE and does not involve

any sweating exercises and takes only 15 minutes daily morning, it

shall be made a daily routine to enhance the logevity of a person

and remain healthy.
