Guest guest
I just saw this one recently too, the one with Olivia Hussey as M.Theresa. It gives a little more of the obstacles and scandals she had to overcome, but it is a bit slow at times. I much prefer the one made-for-tv and shown right after her death, which might be available from some Catholic video retailers. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0136414/ tom Ammachi, Prajna - Brianna <prajnaji wrote: > > I just saw the film "Mother Teresa" last night, and wanted to recommend it to the group. Although it's not what I would call a great film artistically speaking, the content was so beautiful and inspiring, and there were so many moments when I saw our own Amma in Mother Teresa's words and actions. Her perfect faith, unshakeable integrity, and total compassion, mixed with a childlike stubbornness was so very familiar! >
Guest guest
The film wasn't "slow" to me...all of the films have something/a perspective to offer--"one man's junk (preference) is another man's treasure (preference)"?
