Raghunath Das says that our only hope is to call out to the swanlike devotees of the Lord. pratistha-rajjubhir baddham kamadyair vartma-pattibhih chitva tah samharantas tan aghareh pantu mam bhatah "The highwaymen of lust, greed, and anger have captured me and bound me with the ropes of the desire for fame.
