Ayurveda needs a global upliftment and recognition and one way to make this happen is via mass communication. Now let us all make sure what we are all getting into, cause this is no easy task. All of us need to closely work together and help each other for the benefit of Ayurveda. Let us start with a brief introduction and get to know each other.
