For Scorpio lagna ninth house happens to be the Badhakadipati. In this case upon study u will come across the fact that moon is exalted and vargottam. So some texts say that by being vargottam it cancels the badhak dosha. Does it? Secondly what comes to my mind is an underlying factor which we all fall back on - if badhak is strong by being exalted and vargottam, cause more badha. The person has no job since the Jup-Venus dasa. Is desperatly looking for one in a foreign land. He has just entered the Jupiter _ Moon period. Will Moon give positive or negative results. People could have/would have gladly helped but the individual would have none of that and closed many doors to success and mental peace? Actions are sometimes carried out without due thoughts and following certain 'norms'? A complex and rather difficult person, for sure! Takes after the father! February 2005 onwards, the period has been a bit mixed with certain highs and lows, generally good when travelling or when in transition (one task to another, one state of mind to another, but not after a certain trend and routine got established). Current period (June onwards) will pose some challenges in matters of 9th house, father or a task that was close to his father's heart, or to long journeys or advanced education related matter.
