Hi Narasimhaye and Barbara

 

Thanks for replying to my post.

 

Yes I do believe that the purging process is happening to me right now.

I will keep a lookout on the other areas of my life and share my

experiences with this group as I progress along. (Will try to be

disciplined about my chanting too)

 

I also hope to hear from others about their experiences after wearing

their malas.
