I notice that there have been quite a posts on muhurtas since you

posted this (I am just getting to read these) so let me read through

and if appropriate I will give my 2 cents on muhurta as is typically

understood and utilized.

 

I was using muhurta in the sense of epoch (and not electional

astrology) and to me, birth is the king of muhurtas because a human

life began at that point. The moment when the thought occurs to buy a

house etc is almost sounding like the chart of conception (adhana

chart).
