Guest guest
Shashiji, Why are you calling marriage or buying a house a "permanent" thing? There are many many places where neither of these human activities turn out to be permanent! I know it used to be the case once but this is not true on an average any longer. I know you may bring up desh, if not desh-kal as a sandarbh in what you said, but would that mean that muhurta can be used in India (much of India) but not elsewhere where such "permanancy" and "significance" of these things is not there? Then again someone may quip, at least in the case of marriage that if they chose a "muhurta", maybe the marriage would have lasted longer ;-) But seriously -- in most cases where muhurta is determined, is it even determined properly or even seriously? Rhetorical question! I do not want to force anyone into responding!!
