I must say that irrespective of what we claim the super power above us will decide its outcome which would have been set long ago, all WE CAN DO IS INTERPRET it in a limited way.

Dasharatha lord Rama's father a good astrologer too did try this when he fully knew before hand that his coronation time for Rama won't work yet he announced it and his Raja Gurus, rishis endorsed it knowing it won't but interpreted it as a jana Kalyana Muhurtha as at that decided time Rama was directed tot he forests by Kaikeyi as his father's wish etc..

but for the exile stint Rama would not have vanquished Ravana and his lot which is the Avatara purpose.

like wise when people claim they can fix birth times due to C-SECTION at birth time, for a good time is non-sense.

what happens at 1st night decides the over all course, and the conception time of any child, all these again come from the persons OPENING BALANCE of karma from previous closing balances in different lives.

and recently Surya did try to bring Christian, Islamic thinking into ours and say it is one good and we have just one human life etc, ad it was misinterpreted wrongly etc.

JATAKA TALES CLEARLY TELLS ANYONE WHAT WERE BUDDHA'S previous lives and many other Puranic literature talk of different past lives in human form.

ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING THERE IS A BOOK called KARMA VIPAKA WHICH TELLS YOU OF PAST LIVES, there are other siddhi forms to know them as well, but then u need to perform all the obsequies of that life after knowing it as one has to close the closed chapter properly.

Any illustrations of the efficacy of muhurtas like these often

expressed so emphatically, that were tested by anyone and can be

quoted to highlight their supremacy over the King of Muhurtas --

chosen by God and Nature, namely the muhurta of Birth?

Some may argue that in a variable number of cases the muhurta of

birth is chosen by the obstetrician who must go to his golf game, but

as they say, The LORD moves in mysterious ways!!!
