She died in hospital due to the wounds. >b) Where did it occur and who all were present during the death In hospital, and no one was there. Certainly not her mother, who had committed suicide herself as well, and not her father, who is in a mental hospital. Her brother was the one who informed about her death, but he wasn't present at the time of death as well.
