Guest guest Report post Posted June 10, 2006 Dear Pt. Tata and all, We have heard about the evils of bogus Hatha Jodi, but WHAT is the power of the real Hatha Jodi? How is it used? What Deva is it associated with? Is it really available? It is a root, correct? Best rgds, Richard
Guest guest Report post Posted June 11, 2006 Dear Richardji, Honestly speaking I have never seen a real Hatha Jodi. It is supposed to be the root of a rare kind of herb found in Madhaya Pradesh in the Amar Kantek hills and in the Lumibani valley of Nepal. Said to be the root of a plant known as Bhairav, which look like two hands joined as in prayer. Rumor has it that the Tantriks use it for Vashikaran or attraction. It is said to give the sadhaka wealth and give protection against evil Tantrik effects etc. I could not find any reference to it in any Tantrik book I read, including the Mantra Mahodadhi. Even the extreme Vamapanthi Tantriks and Aghoris I have met at Kamakshya have never used it. None of the authentic product suppliers I know could supply the real one. So it still a mystery to me. Guest guest Report post Posted June 11, 2006 Dear Pt Tata, Namaste!!! Thanks for that. I guess we have to choose... either we drop it from the list, OR, we take the challange to find out what it is and why it is sacred. Maybe it shouldn't be included if we can't associate any Deity with it. It sounds like you have checked around. What do you think? Guest guest Report post Posted June 11, 2006 Dear Amit, Namaste!!! Thanks. The question is which divinity is associated with Hatha Jori from where it derives its power of good luck? Best rgds, Richard Dear Pandit tataji and all! namaskar! As all other rare spiritual and sacred products, hatha jori's do have an existance.. For panditji's information i m in possesion of a real hatha jori and will show the pic to all on diwali ( i have kept it in box and will open the box on diwali night)...i will show all hw it looks like.. Totally diferent to all fakes and bones... These bones r available in wholesale mkt for as low as rs 50/- and often sold for 500-5000/- ...people buy and curse themselves as these r bones...if u keep these in ur temple u r destroying the purity of ur temple. Morover, the smoke comes out of fire only.....we cant imagine a thing over night and make hype of it.. Similarly like nagamanis do exist.....but not common and majority of people never see any in their life. So, if u people can believe me then hatha joris do exist...but i think websites have added spice by adding thousand of self made benefits...like vashikaran and maran( destroying enemy).. This is very good for financial benefits as well as goodluck. thanks amit uniyal sacred-objects, "Richard Shaw-Brown II" <rsbj66 wrote: > > Dear Pt Tata, > > Namaste!!! Thanks for that. elements 0 Report post Posted February 3, 2009 The original hatha jodi is the root of a poisonous plant named Cylamena. It is abundant outside India. Its Indian variety carries a root called Hatha Jodi. This variety is found in Chattisgarh area. Following link shows a fake Hatha Jodi commonly sold. rudraksha-ratna.com/dispProduct.php?prodId=4165 nepalirudraksha.com/catalog/default.php?cPath=13 shaligram.com/dispCategory.php?catId=282 Please note that I tested this product and showed it to my orthologist friend based in London. My friend informed me that it is the part of an animal bone. It is a big surprise; as so many people are using this in their temples. They are disturbing the sanctity of a holy place by keeping such animal bones in pooja places. It is really shameful that animal parts of protected animals are sold by so called reputed sellers and nobody reports this to authorities. Please do not buy this product. Search for a plant named cyclamen Paranthesis. The roots of this plant is entirely different than the one being sold by sellers. Such sellers should be prosecuted by law.
