I was hoping if someone here could help my friend. He has been having marital problems with his wife. He says its since the beginning when they got married, however it has escalated since last few years. He wants to stay in the marriage because he has a young son. But his relationship with the wife are almost on no- speaking terms, even though they live in the same house. Is there anyway, their marital woes can be reduced. I dont have his wife's chart. If it matters, he is presently located in USA. Well, he is a friend of mine, I have not personally seen his marital woes, they are just based on what he has said. From the time I know him ( which is little more than a year), he has always whined about it. But maybe it could be just him, while he is putting the blame on his wife, that she does not cooperate. I also have an interest in Jyotish, and have very basic knowledge thats why I had asked his birth info, and when I saw the chart, infact I felt that his wife should be good one, because of exatlted Jupiter ( second from UL ). However, I have read that Ketu in 12th house causes separation. So, I was thinking that could be the cause of his problems. But my knowledge in Jyotish is half-baked, so I didnt want to comment much on it. And, i had hoped that if there is a problem someone could provide a remedy here. There can be other indicators too. I heard about Ketu in 12th rule, in one of Sanjay-ji Atri clasess, when he was discussing Vivaha. He took up the chart of PVR Narshimha ji , and said that he has Ketu in 12 th house, which causes separation, ofcourse they personally do not have any such problems because of the remedies done. Maybe that was an isolated case of Ketu in 12 th and i misinterpreted it. Yep, lot of things dont work exactly based on thumbrule, as you have also said based on your experience.
