Guest guest
Dear fellow members, I need your help to interpret the chart of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, a well known feedom fighter of India. His birth details are as follows: DOB=23-Jan-1897 TOB= 12:15 LMT Place= 85E44, 20N38 Even today, people debate whether he really died during the 1945 plane crash. That is ofcourse is the official version. Recently one of his close associates gave an interview to Times of India and revealed that he met Netaji three months after the crash and Netaji told him that he was hiding fearing that some of his enemies were gunning for him. After that meeting, the aide lost contact with Netaji. My analysis of the chart shows that he couldn't have possibly died in 1945. My calculations show that he is a purnayu and lived at least for 72 years and probably much longer. The question is that if did not die in 1945, why did he not surface after the Indian independence in Aug. 1947? There is one more theory going around that he was captured by Koreans and was in captivity for a long time. My question is: By reading Netaji's Chart is it possible to conclude that he spent most all of Sani mahadsaha in captivity? Any help on this is appreciated. Regards, Krishna

Guest guest
Hi Dear Krishna, Just looking very briefly at this chart I noted that in all of 1945 up until the very last days of September, he would have been in Jupiter/Moon. This puts his progressed dasa Moon in very late 29+ degrees of his 7H Libra, in sandhi degrees. Following this - in late September, he then would have this progressed dasa Moon in very early sandhi degrees and debilitated in Scorpio. I just checked and found the date of crash to be Aug 18, 1945. This then is extremely sandhi, in the very last minutes of his 7H, and in just over a month would be in his 8H, Scorpio, in extreme sandhi and debilitated. 8H deposits Saturn so this Moon would then be conjoined Saturn as well as debilitated. My significator book lists for captivity: Saturn, but does not offer a house. If this birth time is correct, I checked the 12H cusp, for any connection of Saturn, thinking perhaps 12 is for 'jail' - which may be different for 'captivity', but a thought. Cusps show no connection to Saturn other than 10H sublord, but again this requires accurate birth time. If this is correct, 10H is strongly significated by Saturn as Saturn also lords this house. Guest guest
Dear Krishna, PS: Just checked in two significator books and first book lists: 'jail: 12, Saturn, Capricorn, Neptune, Pisces Second book I use less often lists: Capricorn, Pisces, Mars, Saturn, U.Bhadrapada Of course a cave, hole, etc.. would be Scorpio, (as well Rahu). but Scorpio as you know also represents natural 8H burial groud, etc.. as well. My book I refer to most often lists Saturn, Capricorn, Pluto for caves, caverns. Transits on August 18, 1945 show all planets other than lagnesh Mars, caught between Rahu/Ketu and nodes in moolatrikona and on 3/9 houses. Transiting Jupiter closely approaching natal Moon at exactly 2 degrees distance. TMars itself is exactly conjoined with TUranus and right on natal Neptune. (Neptune also given for flying, planes, pilots...) My books here only give outer planets for this ;-( Do we consider Sagittarius for flying and planes in Jyotish? - seems I have seen Wendy use Sagittarius. If wrong please correct me. Guest guest
Dear Krishna, Mars, his lagnesh as well as 8H lord, is highly signified by 2H. Mars is only planet in Mars star and Mars itself is in 2H, a maraka house. Also again, if birth time is correct, the ONLY house connected by cusps to Mars would be his 2H as cusp is in Mars star, and interestingly with Jupiter sub, given the transits on the day of plane crash. Date of plane crash, dasas for Netaji are Ketu/Rahu/Ketu/Mars. On day of transit, TMars in 2H near natal Mars by degree, and again only planet in Mars star whilst being only planet outside the nodes and given the dasas he was in.. Progressed dasa Moon in extreme sandhi in another maraka house, 7H. Guest guest
Hello Krishna, Sorry, this below reads: "Date of plane crash, dasas for Netaji are Ketu/Rahu/Ketu/Mars." These are not his dasas! Sorry for this confusion. This was oddly shown for dasas in transit chart somehow (??).. On day of plane crash, Moon was in debility in Scorpio from 00:00 to just after 8:00 and much of that time in Gandanta as well. From then on in Gandanta until after 15:00, now in Ketu star in Jupiter's rasi of Sagittarius. Moon remains in Ketu star for the rest of the day as well, however beyond Gandanta, in Sagittarius. TJupiter, who is less than 2 degrees from natal Moon, is only planet in Sun's star, and Sun is final depositor on day of transit for all planets, with Sun itself, karaka for body, in moolatrikona, however in Gandanta degrees in Leo, Ketu's star. Also Krishna, his biography lists that he was imprisioned by British autorities 11 times. Perhaps the connection earlier to his strong 10H and what I wrote earlier regarding jail. I've just read his biography, thanks for sharing the chart of this interesting man. Guest guest
Hi Krishna, One more thing directly related to your question, which only confuses this worse, is that my book gives Scorpio as significator for Korea. I need also to make yet another correction from my quick look in original note. Please forgive me - Progressed dasa Moon, would have moved to Scorpio on 23 Dec 1944. I misunderstood the pratyantardasa level in my quick first glance. I've just looked again at this and Jupiter/Moon/Saturn/Saturn would be the very beginning of Scorpio. As he was beyond that dasa and in Jupiter/Moon/Venus/Saturn on 15 Aug 1945, his progressed dasa Moon was in both extreme sandhi as well as debility in Scorpio, his 8H on day of plane crash. On Aug 15, 1945, this dasa progressed Moon would have been at around 00:20:+ degrees Scorpio. Perhaps other will be able to offer you more. I'm unable to make the distinction that you're asking. He would have been 48 years old at the time of the crash. But why would the Koreans keep him in captivity for another 25 years? If he lived, and was freed, why would he not have re-surfaced and contacted family, etc..? Best wishes, Patrice -----------------_______ The question is that if did not die in 1945, why did he not surface after the Indian independence in Aug. 1947? There is one more theory going around that he was captured by Koreans and was in captivity for a long time. My question is: By reading Netaji's Chart is it possible to conclude that he spent most all of Sani mahadsaha in captivity? Any help on this is appreciated. Guest guest
Hi Patrice, Thanks for your analysis and inputs. Based on my research so far, one thing I am confident about is that death has not taken place during Guru mahadasha. Guru being a satvik planet is vargottama and retrograde as well! This status of Guru prevents death during Guru mahadasha. Probably other conditions were so severe that Netaji came close to death and yet did not die due to Guru, and only saw death around him. //He would have been 48 years old at the time of the crash. But why would the Koreans keep him in captivity for another 25 years? If he lived, and was freed, why would he not have re-surfaced and contacted family, etc..?// My question is whether he was really freed. Though it is difficult accept this, there is a high probability if he was kept in North Korea. Your note on Scorpio being the Significator for Korea is interesting. Can you please sahre the details of this book?
