Respected sir,

On 04.05.2006 I got some share of amount out of the sale of ancestral property. I would like to invest the same either buying a flat in a apartment or plot & build a house or buy second hand independent house. This one is going to be on joint names in the name of self and my wife.(Birth details are given below).

Self DOB 07 Dec 1962 TOB 17.04 hrs POB Chennai

Wife 15 Oct 1966 14.20 hrs Hyderabad

My question sir Which one is suitable for both of us(Either Flat or Independent house)

and which entrance would be suitable for both of us.

At present I stay in my own flat which was purchased in July 1998 (Occupied in March 1999) by raising a Govt.Loan Being a Central Govt.Servant. This one is Northwest Entrance and Iam quite comfortable till now in all respects.
