I just thought can any learned fellows have come across any advise/remedy or mantra for obesity or controlling eating . WOW THE FEELING IS GREAT.IT CURES LOT OF STOMACH DISORDERS.IT IS VERY GOOD FOR FRESHNING THE BLOOD.SEEMS IF U DRING 6 GLASSES BEFORE BRUSHING EVERYDAY U CAN CURE EVEN THE DEADLIEST DISEASES.(MEDICALLY PROVEN)..what happens is that all the toxins go away in the urine. 1)Eating less and eating lot of protein foods is the mantra for obesity 2)U can have sugar free foods or beverages by substituting with equal 3)Exercise as we really need to get up and walk everyday . Though I knew of the Asanas and Honey with lime water, I did not know of this mantra. I request you to share any good mantra for Thryoid problems too.
