Guest guest
AUM SAI RAM Dear Sai Family, I know of one woman devotee who is very jealous of other female devotees; at times she sends equally bitter emails to pure, innocent souls on the net; she apparently feels, erroneously of course, that Our Beautiful Lord of Parthi favours this woman or that woman; however, we know that The Lord, Our Dark Flute Player, loves all his gopis ( the milkmaids of Brindavan and devotees of Lord Krishna ) equally ( yes, Radha is His favourite! ( lol! ). However, you surely know that Radha, like Arjuna, had been His faithful companions for many, many past births. Hence Radha and Krishna are divinely together in this birth also but we cannot perceive this relationship with our eyes; our eyes, Bhagawan Baba forgive us, are contaminated with too many evil sights. To pacify the troubled mind of some and to give solace to others, I am telling you the story of the Goddess Parvati, Ganga Maaya and Bholenath, Bhagawan Shiv Shankar At the times when the planet Earth was still unpolluted and pure, the Gods were visiting the Earth very often in their astral plane. One day, Bhagawan Shiv learnt that Ganga Maaya, who was known for her outburts of terrific anger, was threatening to drown the whole Earth with the water of the Ganges - the Ganga, the Jamuna and the Prayag. Lord Shiv, the Preserver, ran to the rescue of the Earth. In His Wisdom ,to stop the uncontrollable anger of Ganga and to prevent the catastrophe, Lord Shiv untied His long ,matted hair; He spread His hair and in one go vrraamm! He caught the river Ganges like a fish in the net. Satisfied with His exploit, Bholenath tied the Ganges tightly in a bun on top of His head. to prevent her from escaping and from doing damage to the Earth. When He returned home to the Himalayaas, His wife Parvati was petrified to see Ganga cutely nestled on the head of Her Lord. She, like all normal women ( Goddess or non Goddess, mind you , all women are alike ) grew so jealous, so very jealous that she turned her back to her Bholenath and vouched that she will never look at Him nor talk to Him for the rest of her life. Then Narad Muni (the messenger of the Gods) appeared on the scene. "Narayan! Narayan! Mata " he said addressing Parvati Mata " why are you pouting? what is troubling you?" Parvati told him the reason of her grieve. "Mata" said the know- all Narad," Ganga is sitting on the head of Your lord because this is the only way the Lord can control her; The Lord is not in love with Ganga." Narad continued " You are the only woman who lives in His heart; You are His only Love!" Parvati got the message and ran into arms of Bhagawan Shiv. ShivaShakti were, hence, reunited. Dear all, Premaswaroopa, see yourself as Parvati and live in His heart in this yuga and in all yugas to come. If He does not talk to you in Brindavan or Parthi, the reason is He has to attend to His guests. You are not a guest. You are the woman of the house.
