Guest guest Posted June 4, 2006 Report Share Posted June 4, 2006 Experiment and Experiences for the month of May 2006 Aim of the Project: To develop experiments for experiencing the divinity of Godly knowledge and be the embodiment of it. Objectives of the Project: 1. Develop Experiments on various aspects of knowledge by which we can experience the deep stages of bodilessness and Soul-Consciousness and be the embodiment of knowledge and Yoga power. 2. By applying the experiments on the self first, to gain further clarity about the ways or methods of doing experiments that give sustainable experience. Then provide the entire family the guidelines for the same. Experiment Method: How do I experience Soul, Peace, Love and Happiness by different methods: 1) I just become silent without thinking any one or anything even God, only feeling/becoming point of light at the middle of eyebrow, experiencing silence (peace) of mind and enjoying rest from all the turbulence of mind of previous day. 2) By becoming silent, I consider myself as a point at the middle of eyebrow - initially, I will feel heaviness in ears or head but I suggest myself like I am not body, I cannot have feelings of body, then I get rid of body feelings and become light, very much relaxed, experiencing peace 3) With the feeling of soul without any body feelings, experiencing peace, I remember Supreme Point of light (God, Supreme Soul) by which I become more light and experience sweetness (sweet happiness). Also feel I get charged, in such a way that I can sit straight (spinal cord) hours together without any disturbance / pain which is not possible otherwise. (Being charged is like drawing power from God and very naturally gets distributed to the whole Universe) 4)After experiencing sweet happiness, peace and power being in the presence of Supreme Point of light-say 15 to 20 minutes, then I feel light, happy, peace altogether at the same time even without remembering the Supreme Point of light.In other words, we can say, the Remembrance and Sweetness become natural. Application: During the day I can feel the soul at the middle of eyebrow, (BY MAINTAINING VERY FEW THOUGHTS AT A TIME NOT THINKING TOO MUCH) feeling myself as a point of light with peace, love and happiness – being light, and carry out all actions. The above state help us to not to come into body consciousness so that all the situations and people become very easy to tackle or interact. While sitting in meditation, it is like winding up, becoming point of light and experiencing point of light without any other thought and at a later stage it is just being with Supreme Point of light. In one line it is like While in Action we are point of light with peace , love , happiness, lightness…. And while in meditation, we are in merged state – point of light with all its qualities merged in it. Benefit: We are soul conscious , and thereby God conscious, at all times. When we are in a dilemma that what is right and wrong, or if something is to be done or not, if we stabilize in the form of point of light, then we always make the right decision without any doubt. FOOD: It is found that we can take food at any number of times but it is always necessary to see that we do not fill our stomach too much which will make us drowsy, or will not allow us to be in the state of lightness – soul consciousness. Only thing, we should try to change our schedule from 3 times a day to five or six times a day. Need not be a full meal in the afternoon. It is better to take quarter or half meal and in between we can have fruits etc., Our main aim should be that at any point of time that my stomach should not become overloaded that I forget being in soul consciousness – being light , peaceful, happy, smiling.. It is always a must to offer food/fruits to God before we consume and remember God during consumption so that we remember God atleast 5 or six times in a day. Note: Becoming silent - say to have minimum no. of thoughts atleast - the morning hours is more helpful say morning 3 a.m. to 6 a.m. If we have a bath by 3 in the morning, it is more easy to experience the above because of alertness and it will continue rest of the day.
