Reposting - Respected Astrologers, I need guidance, pl.HELP

Respected Sirs & Madams,

This is regarding my father. I need your guidance.

He(my father) has had a life full of struggle(not much of success in his previous job that he held for nearly 28 yrs) & now for the past 4 some years, on his new job, he has been struggling & working hard like never before.

He is very tired of the job due to a very very long commute(he had met with a life-threating accident some 18 yrs ago & his left leg was badly injured).

Just recently he suffered from Sciatica(as the right leg has taken enough stress already).

He will be 60 this Ocotber & still has to continue with his job as my brother still has 2 years to complete his post graduation.

My father is suffering day in and out but cant leave the job until my brother starts earning....Our household cannot run only on my mothers income...

Can someone tell me if there is better time ahead for my father? How long will he suffer this way? Will he be able to get a better job close to home? How does my brothers future look ?

Fathers DOB: Oct 14th 46 Time:11.30 NIGHT Place: Barshi(Maharashtra)

Brothers DOB: May 31st 82. Time:10.25 MORNING Place: Mumbai
