so the gulf will remain. all we need to see is to raise the down trodden, and less previleged as much as we can and help them with all our might the govt is only hurting them not helping them not preparing them or challanges but giving them sops.

like wise the WHTE V/S blacks or colored whatver we do we can't beat their finincial status, one or tow can't chalange their superiority.
