input for problem chart needed

Hello Everyone,

I have a client who tries really hard in business ventures but nothing works out for him. No other partners work out either except for real estate ventures with his younger sister.

Please recommend remedies for his chart as he as a problematic chart, with planets concentrating in 11th house in Rashi chart.

His birth data is, born on May 28, 1966 at 11:45am in Mwanza Tanzania.

His sister's birthdata is April 21, 1969 at 5:06am in Mwanza Tanzania.

In this chart, it is somewhat surprising at the outset to learn that

ventures with his sister work out. The reason is that Venus aspects

the 12th House from the Arudha Lagna. The Moon is placed in the 12th

House from Arudha Lagna.

 

Venus is also the Badhak so it is advisable that the Karakattwas of

Shukra are not relied upon for business. The Badhak is also in the

10th Bhava.

 

Many Grahas in the 11 Bhava show potential for gains and this

potential is confirmed by Darapada being in trines to the Arudha

Lagna. His current problems are also indicated by the ongoing Sade-

Sati for his Leo Rashi.Kantak Shani from the Lagna is also there,

making him take some erroneous decisions.

 

He should try for success in the Western direction as Saturn has

Digbala from the Lagna. The door to the Arudha might open there.

Also the Dasha of the lord of the 7th House from the Arudha Lagna,

Jupiter, commences from 17.10.2007. Jupiter is a strong significator

of foreign travel in this chart being the 6th and 9th Lord. Also,

Saturn the 7th Lord is placed in the 9th House. He will be better

served in foreign lands.

 

With the given time, D-10 chart shows stronger business prospects

with possibility of heavy gains shown by the Shukra-Chandra

Yoga.Rahu in the 4th in D-10 could show work with foreigners/ in

lands abroad. Jupiter is placed in the 12th House in the D-10 in

Guru-Mangala Yoga.

 

His motivation stems from the idea of working with foreigners/

import-export and /or luxury and very advanced vehicles.

 

In the 3 years from end of May, 2006-09, the Grahas aspecting/

conjoining Meena Rashi in the 9th House will give results. Both

involve the door of the Arudha and this could be the time when it

opens. Both Guru and Shani are associated with foreign lands.

 

Mercury is cursed by Rahu and Mars. This is a Rajasic Graha and the

primary Karaka for the 10th House. This curse involves the 11th

House and the 10th House due to the Karakattwa. It is also in the

Badhak House.

 

He should construct a well or a reservoir for public benefit and the

work should be started on a Wednesday to absolve the chart of the

curse of the maternal uncle from a previous lifetime.
