Is this my last birth?

Dear Friends,

 

I've heard that astrologers could predict whether or not this is a

person's last birth. My DoB is 15th January, 1978. ToB 10.20am, Place

of birth is Chennai (Madras), India. Using this, is it possible to

ascertain whether this is my last birth. My 12th house is empty, and

it's held that that house has got to have benefics (or ketu) to become

liberated. Does that mean I'll have to take birth again?? Anyway, I'd

appreciate some comments from elders, as I am new to the whole thing.
