i personally eat l-o-t-s of butter and other saturated and high

cholesterol foods, more so at certain times than others (such as

winter), and i am 37 yrs old, 5'11" and 145 lbs, BP 115/70, and the

same weight as i was when i was 20; i can easily bike or hike for

hours without tiredness and can do 40 push-ups in a row (working on

50...)

butter is a life giving food - jivaniya - the researchers that

suggest butter is bad are the same as those that suggest you take

statins

medical opinion like this is for the most part is qualified

twiddletwaddle based on a stream of constantly changing data - when

you corner them on their own bad science they either capitulate or

start to get angry...

look - if the medical system wasn't the number 2 or 3 killer of north

americans they might have a modicum of credibility

but they don't - the big drug companies want to keep y'all sick, and

the doctors cannot speak out on anything except the party line

because they would get their butts sued to timbuktu and back if any

patient to whom they recommended something "alternative" happened to

go south

so eat your butter, just leave out the bread...

best... todd
