Just lie down in a 'shavasan' posewithout any thoughts. join the big toes and not the heals. Let the heels remain wherever they were. Jerk up the feet towards you without moving the heels. then knees will automatically get lifted up. Throw the feet back and the knees will fall back to their place. It works like lever. Feet up, knees up, feet down, knees come down. Do it without even thinking of any thing. You start enjoying it and go on enjoying like a child does when he palys. The body automatically starts healing and the mind start feeling the enjoyment that sets it to meditate and enjoy more. Don't be too conscious of these things. Just enjoy and be blessed. Had you been near about, I would have been too pleased to make you do it with real enjoyment. That way pain turn into pleasure that one can enjoy throughout one's life.
