Guest guest
Namah Shivaya Chitanand, "It is possible (how can I tell) that Amma used that "someone" as Her instrument to instruct you and now the Y-Satsang on how to offer during Darshan.' Also thought that he was Amma's instrument. ""Please take my ego, it's a burden to me."" "Sisterji the acknowlegment of the burden speaks volumes about your awareness." This was Amma's gracious gift. It was while camping in NV on the way to a RI retreat, (where the mango was offered), that I *finally* realized it's burden! "Let us offer Amma whatever feels appropriate." I think that's everything ... our faults & assets, successes & failures alike. "In Her omniscience She knew!!! Amma knew that you were offering up the Ego." That's not the only time she made that clear. For example, another *someone* suggested that I offer myself to Amma as a present. He said that there was like a gift bow tied around my heart, which would be very easy for her to pull open. When I went for darshan, Amma threw her arms back in an animated gesture along with the appropiate facial expressions, as one would when surprised by a marvelous gift! But, I had the distinct impression that Amma was just acting, & definitely not surprised. "Amma wishes to free Her children from the San Quenton of the unripe ego." This is a good analogy. "What Mother wants her daughter locked up and confined? Even a common earthly Mother would hock her wedding ring to free her daughter from jail." Thank you for your insightful words.
