Guest guest
omkrishnagaru ji, Your simple and short message needs serious attention. I have always believed that while not perfect, conceptual consensus must exist in the astrology framework or else it is meaningless and no less alien than superstition or at least will be considered so. What I am saying perhaps is that logic may not be the luxury boat that will enable us from crossing the turbulent ocean or white rapids as some call those, of mundane reality, but it sure can be the raft or even the log we found in our desperation and hang on to, for dear life! 9th is bhagya, something that we almost get as a bonus and it is also our parent, the male parent that has really so little (literally) to contribute to the beginning of our existence but has such a strong role to play or opportunity to play later on! And 12th while seemingly just a house of loss or foreign residence or even feet (!) is strangely reminiscent of the dwadashamsha that is relegated to parents by none other than Parashara -- the ancient and ORIGINAL one and not the modern ones that are trying to fit their tiny feet uncomfortably daily in HIS padukas! For bhagya it has been said: The PAST catches up with us, whether we like it or not! And fifth? The house of children -- those yet to come, the generations that we have been delegated to bring forth, to nurture and care for, regardless of whether we are mom or dad or uncle or grandparents in some cases -- the house that tells us that we have a chance to do something and to decide rationally and spiritually to contribute to those in our trust, an action that can only lead to our elevation in future times to come! Little wonder that in the bhavat bhavam concept, the fifth house is the third from the third house in each and every chart! The third is all about effort, and intelligence and rationality! A choice that we were freely gifted to exercise, the third being the house that receives the direct light and blessing of the house that represents bhagya and hopefully good past deeds!
