Perhaps it would be more accurate to say that the person making the

statement can't explain it. How can we therefore conclude that no one else

can? That is a pretty egotistical and absolute statement. Perhaps they have

If several aknowledged masters we to agree that such a phenomean was not

explicable by Vimshottari then I would accept it as being possible.

According to Valmiki Ramayana (which I am presently reading) Rama was born

in the last pada of Punarvasu, Bharata was born in Pushyami and Laksmana and

Satrugna born in Aslesha. All of them thus born with Moon in Kataka but born

on consecutive days.

He SR is talking about Sani Dasa in Vimshottari being unable to explain the

time of the banishment of Ramachandra. Hence come to the rescue by

explaining (???) it with his novel method.

By fudge factor we do not know the exact position of the Moon in that pada.

Is it at the very beginning or at the end or somewhere in between. The

position would make a big difference because 1 pada of Punarvasu equals 1/4

of the Guru Mahadasha.
